CELEBRITY CENTRE RECRUITMENT
In clearing Celebrity Centre personnel CSWs, Ext HCO Branch I should
watch for the following points.
A. Because a CC has on lines celebrities and is very connected to
artistic achievements, this attracts DBs with 1st Dynamic "creative
goals". They should be spotted as such do not belong on CC staff.
B. Celebrities themselves who are active in their careers, are often
found unworkable for Sea Org Staff since their careers conflict with
regular Sea Org duty. In such cases they are encouraged to be Honorary
Sea Org Members only per FO 3323 (unless they are giving up their
career which is rare).
