Janet Fischer and Richard Fischer, of Corona, California are hereby declared Suppressive Persons.

Investigation revealed that Janet and Richard both have long histories of criminality and out-ethics.

Janet was connected to SPs who sought to manufacture falsehoods about the Church in Hawaii and place these falsehoods in government files. This suppressive attempt to attack failed utterly. Later Janet joined the Sea Org in Los Angeles but was found to still be connected to these same SPs, due to which she was dismissed from staff.

Recently, Janet illegally trespassed on Church property in a failed attempt to get Church materials under false pretenses. Alert Church staff challenged Fischer's motives and she rapidly blew the area. Investigation by private investigators employed by Church attorneys revealed that Janet's acts were committed at the behest of SP associates who are part of a small ineffective anti-religious group whose past and recent leaders included convicted sex criminals and kidnappers.

Richard Fischer has a criminal record for drug related crimes and a history of reversion to drugs after having held a staff position in the Church. Despite this he was given another chance to hold a staff position and as a qual staff member he grossly squirrelled by encouraging another staff member in dire need of help to do off-beat whole track self-auditing, instead of helping her with Standard Scientology Technology. Richard also has a history of practicing off-beat squirrel self auditing on himself.

Janet is guilty of the following Suppressive Acts:

1. VIOLATION OR NEGLECT OF ANY OF THE 10 POINTS LISTED IN HCO PL 7 FEB 65, KEEPING SCIENTOLOGY WORKING.

2. CONTINUED ADHERENCE TO A PERSON OR GROUP PRONOUNCED A SUPPRESSIVE PERSON OR GROUP BY HCO.

3. FAILURE TO HANDLE OR DISAVOW AND DISCONNECT FROM A PERSON DEMONSTRABLY GUILTY OF SUPPRESSIVE ACTS.

4. PUBLIC DISAVOWAL OF SCIENTOLOGY OR SC!ENTOLOGISTS IN GOOD STANDING WITH SCIENTOLOGY ORGANIZATIONS.

5. RECEIVING MONEY, FAVORS OR ENCOURAGEMENT TO SUPPRESS SCIENTOLOGY OR SCIENTOLOGISTS.

Richard is guilty of the following Suppressive Acts:

1. VIOLATION OR NEGLECT OF ANY OF THE 10 POINTS LISTED IN HCO PL 7 FEB 65, KEEPING SCIENTOLOGY WORKING.

2. CONTINUED ADHERENCE TO A PERSON OR GROUP PRONOUNCED A SUPPRESSIVE PERSON OR GROUP BY HCO.

3. FAILURE TO HANDLE OR DISAVOW AND DISCONNECT FROM A PERSON DEMONSTRABLY GUILTY OF SUPPRESSIVE ACTS.

4. USING SCIENTOLOGY (OR PERVERTED AND ALTER-ISED TECH AND CALLING IT SCIENTOLOGY) HARMFULLY SO AS TO BRING ABOUT DISREPUTE TO AN ORG, GROUP OR SCIENTOLOGY.

5. RECEIVING MONEY, FAVORS OR ENCOURAGEMENT TO SUPPRESS SCIENTOLOGY OR SCIENTOLOGISTS.

6. PUBLIC DISAVOWAL OF SCIENTOLOGY OR SCIENTOLOGISTS IN GOOD STANDING WITH SCIENTOLOGY ORGANIZATIONS.

They are not covered by any amnesty.

All certificates and awards they may have are cancelled. Any trademark licenses that they may have signed with the Church are also hereby cancelled and they have no right to use any of the marks in any manner whatsoever.

Their only terminal is the International Justice Chief, via the Continental Justice Chief. Should either or both come to their senses and wish to recant, they are to apply steps A to E of HCO PL 23 December 65RA, ETHICS, SUPPRESSIVE ACTS SUPPRESSION OF SCIENTOLOGY AND SCIENTOLOGISTS.
