JOINT STIPULATION TO ALLOW DEPOSITION OF ANTHONY HITCHMAN FOR FOUR DAYS

STIPULATION

The parties hereby stipulate that plaintiff R. Todd Neilson may depose Anthony Hitchman for four days of seven hours each. The seven hours shall not include breaks for lunch, rests, or to consult with counsel. A deposition of four days is necessary because of Anthony Hitchman's long association with Reed Slatkin. This stipulation satisfies the requirements of Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 30(d)(2). In addition to the four days allotted to the plaintiff hereunder, the defendants shall be entitled to conduct as part of the same deposition and in accordance with applicable rules of procedure and normal custom such examination of Anthony Hitchman as they may wish.

GOOD CAUSE APPEARING, the above-stated stipulation is approved.
