I think it is my duty to rehabilitate good old Ron. Evidently Hubbard forgave Musak for "having caved his wife in" as he issued the following document one week after the original declare:

BOB MUSACK is hereby restored to status and the Ethics Order of May 24 declaring him Suppressive Person is cancelled.
