JOE HERMANSON is appointed CADET ORG MAA.

Hermanson is currently on the Hubbard Ethics Justice Specialist Course and has been Tipped by LRH Comm US to continue his course study at night. This TIP is to be followed without fail.

His first action is to form an RPF within the Cadet Org Division 1, Dept 3 and to place in it those cadets displaying SP tendencies. A separate FCO assigns the first 3 persons to it.
