SUPPRESSIVE PERSON DECLARE
FRANCESCA (CESCA) DIEBSCHLAG

Francesca (Cesca) Diebschlag of East Grinstead, England, is hereby declared a Suppressive Person.

A recent review of Francesca's activities and statements clearly shows that she has committed suppressive acts.

Since 1985, evidence exists that Francesca had direct connections with declared suppressive Jon Atack, who is a paid deprogrammer and squirrel. In 1987 she allowed Bruce Bishop, a declared SP from Los Angeles, California, to stay in her house with knowledge that he was not in good standing with the Church.

Also that year, Francesca was given the opportunity to take an amnesty to relieve herself of her overts and withholds and renounce her suppressive connections. Instead of honestly availing herself of the amnesty she only pretended to accept it so she could maintain her comm-lines to Scientologists in good standing while continuing her allegiance to suppressives, willfully misapplying Scientology ethics technology.

Francesca is a squirrel herself and has mixed Scientology with other practices. While pretending to be a Scientologist she studied Psychology at Open University and was receiving acupuncture. She continues to this day to openly promote the practice of acupuncture to Scientologists in East Grinstead and preach astrology, thus attempting to block the only true road to total freedom by offering other "answers".

Due to her continued adherence to suppressive persons and her complete refusal to apply standard ethics to herself and others, Francesca is declared a suppressive person.

She committed the following suppressive acts:

1. CONTINUED MEMBERSHIP IN A DIVERGENT GROUP.

2. CONTINUED ADHERENCE TO A PERSON OR GROUP PRONOUNCED A SUPPRESSIVE PERSON OR GROUP BY HCO.

3. FAILURE TO HANDLE OR DISAVOW AND DISCONNECT FROM A PERSON DEMONSTRABLY GUILTY OF SUPPRESSIVE ACTS.

4. VIOLATION OR NEGLECT OF ANY OF THE TEN POINTS OF KEEPING SCIENTOLOGY WORKING.

5. CALCULATED EFFORTS TO DISRUPT CHURCH SERVICES OR THE FLOW OF PUBLIC UP THE BRIDGE THROUGH THE CHURCHES.

6. ATTEMPTING TO UNDERMINE OR ADVISING OR ENCOURAGING OR CONDONING THE ABANDONMENT OR REDUCTION OF USE OF THE FULL TECHNOLOGY OF LOCATING AND HANDLING OVERTS, EVIL PURPOSES, DESTRUCTIVE INTENTIONS AND NONSURVIVAL CONSIDERATIONS.

Any Certificates and Awards that may have been awarded to Francesca are hereby cancelled. Any trademark license that she may have signed with the Church is also cancelled and she has no rights to use any of the marks in any manner whatsoever.

Should she come to her senses and recant, her only recourse is steps A to E per HCO PL 23 DEC 65RB, SUPPRESSIVE ACTS, SUPPRESSION OF SCIENTOLOGY AND SCIENTOLOGISTS. Her only Scientology terminal is the International Justice Chief, via the Continental Justice Chief.
